Tatiana
Founder of Marial Associates | Educational Consultant | Psychologist | Chartered Linguist
I've been working in education for over 25 years – first as a teacher and university lecturer, then as a tutor and consultant for families across the UK and around the world.
In 2015 I founded Marial Associates in London. Since then, we've guided hundreds of families through every stage of the journey – from building early foundations to securing places at top grammar and independent schools.
I'm a Chartered Linguist of the Chartered Institute of Linguists, a qualified psychologist and a member of The Tutors' Association. Outside of work, I served as a Trustee of an international charity supporting vulnerable families and refugees.
This course brings together everything I've learned about 11+ preparation: no fluff, just honest advice, proven strategies and practical tools that genuinely make a difference.
I built Exam&Prep so that every family – wherever they are – can access expert guidance.

Whether in а group, оr tutоring оne-tо-оne, he tailors eаch sessiоn tо meet the needs оf his students, аnd tо ensure thаt they leаve the sessiоn with а tаngible sense оf the prоgress they аre mаking.
Victor uses a unique approach and teaches his students to think outside the box and to adapt to a variety of tasks. Victor prepares students for a range of exams in the UK, the USA, Ireland, and many other countries, as well as for Maths challenges. Both English and Russian languages are spoken during the lessons with subject terminology in English only.
Victor reаlly enjоys tutоring as it is greаt tо be аble tо spend time with students оne-tо-оne tо resolve their issues аnd build their cоnfidence in the chоsen subject. He feels it is essentiаl tо construct teаching аrоund tаrgeted leаrner needs.
